Just had a general play through of the new alpha build and I’ve added any bugs I found in the bug thread (oops didn’t realise you knew about the doors!!).
Overall I thought it was really fun and I think the art style, sound effects and AI combine well to create a really creepy, spooky atmosphere. I especially love the lighting throughout (although perhaps it could be just a tiny bit brighter in places).
The AI work well and although there are some issues that I’ve pointed out elsewhere, they are overall believable and hunt you down effectively. This is obvious later on in the game when your facing 3 at once and the level is well designed so that the enemies can sneak up behind you! I’d be interested to see if any strategies develop which will ultimately discover if enemies are easily evadable and can be tricked… although I couldn’t find any methods!
Can’t wait to play more and will be really interested to see how well it works with a vr device!!
